If you read this then you succesfuly installed satô. Congratulations :).
Let's now build a web page in 5 easy steps:
- Activate a layout: go in config | layouts and activate sato. You can activate more layouts later (by default all available layouts are disabled for a new installation. The idea is to activate them when you need them - this will keep your working place clean - at least for a while)
- Activate a style (css): go in config | css and activate sato_home. You can activate more syles later (the reason goes the same as above. Is for your own good, you'll thank me later)
- Build first page: go in config | books and add a text book. Call it *home*, make sure is visible, is enabled and is start page. Select sato as layout and sato_home as display style.
- Add content in page: go in chunks and add a text chunk. Add a title, some text in body field, set status to *published*, select *home* as book and leave the position to *center*. Save the chunk and take a look on how your site looks by following *view site* link from the menu. Now add another chunk and place select *left* as position. Refresh the page showing your site.
- Build a menu: go in config | main menu and add a menu item. Choose *home* from the list of available books and save. Now return to your web page and refresh.
Repeat steps 1 to 5. Have fun.
